1. The first step in the input image that will give effect to click the file and select Open and select the image you want in
2.After image already open in Photoshop adjustments give effect and select channel mixer and check on the monochrome
3. Channel mixer last after making further duplicate the layer until a 3-layer channel mixer with hotkey ctrl + j and its results as shown below
4. Following duplicate the layer into 3 parts 1 given a further layer blending mode screen and change it to 40% oppacity, like in the picture
5.and add layer blending mode to Linear Dodge (Add), and change its oppacity to 40%, as in the picture
6.dan at 3 in the given layer to color burn blending mode, and change it to 20% oppacity, like in the picture
